Who we are

Biased Media Group("BMG", "we", "us") operates biasedmediagroup.com and the brand sites on its subdomains, including Biased Creators, Biased Consulting, Biased Ventures, Belle Rencontre and Al-Henna. This policy covers all of them.

What we collect

When you submit a contact form on any of our sites we collect the information you type in: your name, phone number, email address, company if you share it, the reason you are reaching out and any message you add. We also record which of our sites and pages the form was submitted from, so the right team responds.

If analytics are enabled we use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. We do not sell any of this data.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database with row-level security enabled. Access is restricted to BMG operators. Our sites are hosted on Vercel.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your inquiry, to route it to the right business line and to follow up on conversations you start with us. If you contact us about Belle Rencontre, the personal details you share are treated as confidential and are never shown to other members without your consent.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to legal@biasedmediagroup.com, reach us through the contact page or message us on WhatsApp, and we will act on it within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be called out on the site.
